Consent Forms, Attendance and Important Dates‏

Hi Class Leaders,

Pls follow-up with your group members on their consent form.

You may check the compilation on the attached file for those who didn't submit yet.

So far, Minhan's group had been consistently the best group in terms of submission of consent forms. For attendance, Hamzy's group has the best attendance.

As group leaders, please monitor the attendance of your group members and it will be good for you to know their reasons before you report to Kamarul or Michelle for them to collate the info.

Those who missed the important dates I've send earlier, you may refer to the list below and inform your group members accordingly.
