Kindly get the forms from Mr Masduki (Admin Office) on Fri 16 May 08 between 0900 hrs to 1200 hrs. As there are only 22 lockers per class, please share lockers. Last time was even worst. We had only 15 lockers but everyone was willing to share.
Please fill-up the forms fast and return it ASAP to Mr Masduki so you can get better lockers.
