Here's the Criteria: 1. be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, regardless of race, religion and sex; 2. be of good conduct ; 3. come from poor and needy families; 4. pass the latest semester examination/ (1st CAs for YR1 students); 5. not be a recipients of other bursary awards given by other organisations.
